Penrice Academy GCSE Success

Penrice Academy is celebrating another year of exceptional GCSE achievement, with learners securing excellent results across a broad range of academic, creative and vocational subjects.
Penrice Academy Celebrates Outstanding GCSE Success
While today’s results reflect impressive academic success, they also are the culmination of years of hard work, determination and personal growth. Each result tells a story of resilience, commitment and achievement, as learners prepare to take their next steps into further education, training and future careers.
Headteacher Richard Baker said:
“Today is a chance to celebrate all that our students have achieved during their time at Penrice Academy. We have watched them develop not only academically, but also as confident, capable and caring young people, and we could not be prouder of them.
These results reflect the many different strengths within this year group and the positive contribution they have made to our school community. As they move on to the next stage of their journey, we hope they do so with confidence, knowing that they have a great deal to offer.”
This year’s results highlight success across the curriculum, including strong performances in English, science, PE and a range of vocational subjects. Particularly notable were the achievements in Triple Science, where outcomes are expected to rank among the strongest nationally. The year group also includes learners whose individual accomplishments have been recognised at a national level.
Beyond their academic achievements, this cohort has made a lasting contribution to school life. Throughout their time at Penrice, they have embraced opportunities both inside and outside the classroom, taking part in enrichment activities, supporting their peers and contributing positively to the wider school community.
As they celebrate this important milestone with family, friends and staff, the Penrice community looks forward to following their future successes and achievements.
Congratulations to all our Year 11 learners on their remarkable accomplishments, and thank you to the families, carers and staff whose support has helped make these achievements possible. We wish every student the very best as they embark on the next exciting chapter of their journey.
