Ms T Coleman
Head of School at Penrice Academy

We are immensely proud of our students’ achievements. Today’s results reflect their hard work, resilience and commitment, as well as the dedication of our fantastic staff team. Following our recent Ofsted Outstanding judgement, today’s results are further proof that Penrice is an exceptional place to learn.”

“While grades are the currency that enable our young people to take their next steps, what makes us equally proud is the way the Class of 2025 have grown into well-rounded young adults who are ready to be positive global citizens. Through a wide range of vocational subjects and the wealth of extracurricular opportunities we provide, our students leave us not only with excellent qualifications, but also with core values to be proud, respectful and successful in the world beyond school.”

Penrice Academy would like to congratulate all students, families and staff on their collective success and wish all Year 11 leavers the very best as they take their next steps into further education, apprenticeships or training.

“I’m very happy with how my results have ended up. Penrice have done a lot to support with the whole exam process – this is shown with the amazing results that I’ve managed to achieve. Getting a 9 in Maths, English Language and Geography have been real highlights, I didn’t think I’d achieve any Grade 9s, so to get three of them is so nice. I’m really pleased with myself. A special shout out to Mrs Taylor for teaching me Maths, and Mr Round [Science Teacher] as well. They have been really positive influences on my school life.”

Next destination: Callywith College to study Economics, Physics and Maths Favourite Penrice memory:
