The Diana Award Visit to Train Anti-Bullying Ambassadors We were privileged to host representatives from The Diana Award this week as they trained our new Anti-Bullying Ambassadors. All students were full of enthusiasm as they finished the day with plenty of ideas ready to implement. The representatives from the Diana Award said: “Penrice students were a credit to the school today. They were so engaged and really impressed us!” A big thank to all students who applied to be a part of this programme and thank you to Newquay Tretherras, Callington Community College and St Joseph’s School who also attended. Students in Years 7-10 had to apply to be a part of this programme and our Pastoral Teams were blown away with the number and quality of applications for these roles, with approximately 15-20 applications per year group! We will keep parents and carers informed of any initiatives/campaigns that our new ambassadors decide to run. Are You Ok? We would like to take this opportunity to remind students that they can report any incident of bullying to any member of staff or via our ‘Are You OK?’ form (link below).
