Year 9 Parent & Student Information Evening – Thursday 9 March
 
Year 9 have made excellent progress over the first half of their journey with us at Penrice, and we are proud of how they have approached their learning in Year 9. As students begin the second half of this journey and start to think about gaining qualifications in each subject it would be extremely beneficial to meet in person and go through the key routines which will allow them to be successful throughout their remaining time in Year 9 and beyond.

Following on from announcements in our weekly newsletter, we would like to formally invite you to a Parent Information Evening on Thursday 9 March. At this event you will hear from several key members of staff with practical information and support regarding:

• Options and the transition from Year 9 to Year 10
• Our Year 9 and Key Stage 4 curriculum
• What students can do now to ensure a smooth and successful journey through Year 10 & 11

After this presentation you will have the opportunity to meet with key staff, on hand to answer questions and give any support required.

There is a choice of sessions, either 4.30pm-5.30pm or 6.00pm- 7.00pm. Please use the form below to tell us if you are able to attend or not, and to choose which session you would like to attend. The form also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions in advance. Whilst we cannot promise to answer every single query on the night, we will endeavour to cover as much as possible and get back to you with any specific answers individually.
