The staff and Governors of Penrice Academy invite students from the Class of 2024 to collect their GCSE certificates on Wednesday 18 December between 4.30pm and 6.30pm. This is an informal event; an opportunity to catch up with staff and fellow students, and to celebrate achievements whilst at Penrice. With this in mind, students may arrive at any time between 4.30pm and 6.30pm.

GCSE certificates will be available for collection in the Core and any controlled assessment pieces will be available for collection in the Art Block. Form tutors and many subject teachers will be there and are keen to find out how students have been getting on over the past few months.

If students are not able to be with us on the evening, then they will be able to collect their certificates from Reception from 9.00am to 2.30pm from Thursday 19 December onwards. We need written permission in advance if students would like someone else to collect their work and certificates.

Controlled assessment pieces will also be available to collect from Reception from 9.00am to 2.30pm from Tuesday 7 – Friday 10 January 2025; please let us know in advance so we can get work ready for collection. Any controlled assessment pieces not collected by the 10 January will be disposed of as, unfortunately, we do not have the space to continue to store them. Please note that a small amount of work is being used as exemplars and will not be available to collect until June.
