Showjumping Report: Autumn

Well done to the Penrice Equestrian Team this Sunday at a big Cross Country and Showjumping competition – in some very wet and muddy conditions.

Due to the weather the showjumping element was cancelled due to being too dangerous to ride and the girls had to jump across a challenging Cross Country course that caused a lot of problems for a lot of riders.

The two teams of Millie Juleff, Christiana Dean, Chloe Craddock, Emily Hoskin and Evie Bishop, Maddi Adams, Jasmine Sleeman and Casey Netherton were brilliant. Millie had an amazing clear round on her grey pony and Evie Bishop also stormed round. Chritiana, Maddie and Casey just had one small run out and otherwise perfect rounds and Jasmine went so quickly she picked up faults for being a bit too fast and a super clear! A special mention for Chloe Craddock representing the Academy for the first time and she was fab.

The girls were wearing their new Penrice Equestrian Team coats kindly supplied by Mr Netherton (Casey’s dad) and looked amazing.

The next competition is November the 13th.
