Girls’ Fitness Club

Thursday 21st January saw the second week of Girls Fitness Club taking place in the gym.

Miss Fisher, who runs the club, explains: “This is a brilliant opportunity for girls to work on their own fitness levels, be it for sporting or health reasons or to simply increase their body confidence whilst having fun with their friends. Each week we do a different workout or circuit made up of a variety of exercises which target different areas of the body. Everyone works to their own level.”

Girls’ Fitness Club runs every Thursday morning, 7:45-8:15am. All female students and members of staff are welcome!
